Refunds / policies

Once a deposit is place on event, its applied to your event.  If you cancel your event you will lose your Deposit. No Refunds on customized items. If you rent a Bouncy house if it rain the day of your event you can get a Refund. A Deposit is required for any rental. A contract is signed on all rentals 50% due when placing your order For custom iteams. Party and Events $250 is required to save your day. On Custom Events you are not allowed to change or alter any colors themes. Or a up charge will be applied. There will be no refund on distorted pictures. All items are checked when picked up for customer approval. State of Ohio is applied to all orders
